JEWELRY: Non-sale jewelry can be returned for a refund or exchange.
SALE JEWELRY: All sales final on sale / discounted jewelry.
ACCESSORIES: Non-sale accessories can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
All sale items on this site are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
If you are returning or exchanging a non-sale item from this Website, the item must be returned to us within 10 days of the date UPS delivered the item to you and must be accompanied by an RA number that we will provide you after you contact us. Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges for purchases from this Website. Products purchased through our retailer must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the store policy of the retailer. Note that items purchased on this Website cannot be returned to our flagship boutique for return or exchange. If you are returning an item purchased from this Website, the item must be returned to our Website customer service department in its original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
Returns for a refund or an exchange are subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged or applied to the purchase of an item of equal or greater value.
To process your return or exchange, please email us at customerservice@robindira.com or call us at 415.939.4998 and a representative will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item to us and will provide you with an RA number. Robindira Unsworth, Inc. is not responsible for items that are mailed to our studio without an RA number, and they will not be processed.
Please have your order number handy the name and style number of the item or items you would like to send to return or exchange when you contact us. Please note that our customer service hours are 9:00 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, and if your request is sent to us on a Friday, you may not hear from us till the following business day (Monday).
