SHIPPING AND HANDLING

NOTE: Each jewel is hand-made when your order is placed. Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days from our studio from the date your order is placed, including Next Business Day shipments. If you need your package sooner, we can usually expedite the production of your item. Please call us at 415.939.4998. Please note that choosing expedited shipping does not mean that your jewelry will ship to you on the day your order is placed. "Next Business Day" refers to the time in transit to you once your order is shipped. Please contact us with any questions and if you need your jewelry in a hurry! We can usually accommodate most requests.

We ship via UPS, fully insured. A signature is required for delivery. We require a physical address as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note that UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air refer only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 5 days of ordering, some orders take additional time. Please note that UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday. Ground shipping costs quoted below are for the continental United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Pricing may vary based on the weight of the package and the shipping address. Pricing is subject to change. Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping specials, and please note that Free Shipping specials do not apply to international shipments or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other non Continental US destinations.

Next business day	$35	When your order is complete and ships from our studio, it will arrive by 4PM the next business day after it ships.

Estimates are based on 1 lb. package insured to average product cost value. Heavier or more expensive packages may incur higher charges.
