All Robindira Unsworth jewelry is individually hand-made upon order. It can take up to 7 working days for our artisans to fabricate your jewelry after your order is placed. Please note that as each item is made-to-order, your credit card is charged when you place your order. Though we try our best to keep our online boutique updated, at times certain designs will be unexpectedly popular and raw materials may be out of stock, or back-ordered. If for some reason the materials for your order are not in stock and we will not be able to ship your order within 7 business days, we will contact you with a timeline for the completion of your order. For custom orders (lengthening or shortening a necklace, etc), please email us at email@example.com or call 415.939.4998.
All of our orders are packaged in our classic Robindira Unsworth jewelry boxes. If would like an extra-special touch, we do offer gift packaging. See information below regarding GIFT WRAPPING.
After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 415.939.4998 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure delivery of your confirmation email to your inbox, please add email@example.com to your safe list.
When we ship your order, we will email you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package online. You can also track the status of your order online by logging in to your account information on the MY ACCOUNT page.
We accept the following credit cards for purchases on robindira.com or for phone purchases: American Express, VISA, and MasterCard. When you place your order, your credit card is charged. You can also pay for all or part of your order with a discount coupon (see below) or Web store credit.
How to redeem a discount coupon:
Enter your coupon code on the "Payment Information" page. This will apply discounts and credits to your total. If the discount coupon does not cover the entire amount due, you can pay the remaining portion of your balance via credit card. If you would like to pay for your order with a Web store credit, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 415.939.4998.
All of our orders are packaged in our classic Robindira Unsworth jewelry boxes. If would like an extra-special touch, we do offer gift packaging. For an additional $6, we will include our signature Robindira Unsworth gift bag and tissue paper so that you can present your gift with style. We will also include a hand-written card with the message of your choice.
To add this to your order, simply select “GIFT WRAP” during the checkout process. Please fill out your gift message in the required fields at checkout.
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address. All orders that ship within California are subject to a 7.25% sales tax.
