HOW TO:

Step One:
Once you have selected the item you want to purchase, type in the number of items (up to four of any single item) in the box next to the "Add to Bag" icon.

Step Two: Click the "Add to Bag" icon to place the product selected and the desired quantity in your shopping bag. At any time during shopping you can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on "View Bag" at the top of each page. You may delete item(s) in your shopping bag or cancel the entire order before placing it. You may also continue to shop by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button at the bottom of the page.

Step Three: When you've completed shopping, click the "Checkout" button found on the bottom of the page.

Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. Please note that you can change the contents of your shopping bag during checkout prior to clicking on "Submit Order" on the Review Order page.

After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 415.939.4998 or email us at customercare@robindira.com. To ensure delivery of your confirmation email to your inbox, please add customercare@robindira.com to your safe list.

If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please either login to your My Account page, or call our Web customer service department at 415.939.4998. For faster service, please have your order number available.

DISCOUNT CODES

Periodically, we will provide special offers to new or registered members. If the promotion provides a discount code, please enter this code on the "Payment Information" page in the "Redemption Code" box during checkout.
