REPAIRS
We will repair any item purchased through robindira.com or the Robindira Unsworth Boutique. Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized Robindira Unsworth retailer.
We offer repairs on Robindira Unsworth jewelry purchased on robindira.com and the Robindira Unsworth Boutique due to user wear, production fault, lost earring mates, etc. We are happy to provide repairs due to reasonable breakage or production fault free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on robindira.com and on jewelery purchased at the Robindira Unsworth Boutique. Note: Jewelry purchased at sample Robindira Unsworth sample sale events will incur a minimum $25 repair charge. All items returned for repair will be inspected. Please understand that due to the handmade aspect of our jewelry pieces will vary slightly and may contain natural imperfections. These will not be considered as damaged goods and items worthy of our 1 year free repair policy. Note also that due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
After one year, repairs will incur a $25 charge plus any associated material costs and return shipping charges. An estimate of the repair charges will be sent to you before the repair is completed.
Any elective repairs, such as alterations, chain lengthening, etc, or errors by the customer including excessive damage will incur a $25 dollar charge plus the cost of any additional materials and shipping.
Please allow 5-6 weeks for the processing of your repair (excluding holidays)-please note that if material for your repair is not in stock, your repair may take longer.

Repairs mailed to our studio without an RA number will not be accepted.
Please note that our Web customer service hours are 9:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time, and if your request is sent to us on a Friday, you may not hear from us till the following business day (Monday). If you don't receive an response in a timely manner check your junk mail folder!
BOUTIQUE CUSTOMERS: If you would like to drop off an item for repair at our store in Petaluma please be advised we highly recommend calling us to schedule an appointment so that a representative can be available to assist you with your repair. Drop-off and pick up hours for repairs are Monday-Friday from 11am-5pm. Our repair department is closed on weekends.
