A fusion of the couple’s Northern California aesthetic combined with their appreciation for the exotic cultures of the Middle East, Asia and North Africa, the Robindira Unsworth collection quickly became a favorite of high-end retailers nationwide.

Robindira's role as Creative Director is one of constant discovery. Her collections take their inspiration from her travels as well as nature and the human spirit. She is always seeking out ways to bestow a fresh flavor and texture to each new line--while staying true to the company’s contemporary exotic design foundation. Responsible for the conception and design of all product lines within the company, Robindira’s days are a whirlwind with product development and examining and re-interpreting the trends to reflect her unique design aesthetic. When not working behind her carved wood Moroccan design table surrounded by her tools and an array of stones, she can be found toiling in her garden....her other passion.

Robert's position as CEO of Robindira Unsworth, Inc. keeps the company on a charted course of strategic growth. Overseeing the company's continued expansion into Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and developing the Robindira Unsworth lifestyle concept for 2010 and beyond occupies most of Robert’s time. When he is not overseeing the company’s operations at his even bigger wooden Moroccan desk, he can be found riding his road bike in the hills of Sonoma County, golfing, or enjoying a fine cigar outdoors with the couple’s exuberant Boykin Spaniel, Bourbon by his side.

In 2009, Robindira Unsworth broadened its lifestyle offering with the opening of a brick and mortar boutique located in Sonoma County, California. Atelier at Robindira Unsworth is a jewel-box sized boutique showcasing the eponymous jewelry collection of Robindira Unsworth and a well-edited selection of cozy accessories, cashmere and leather goods, chic pieces for the home as well as gifts that Robindira herself has carefully sourced during the couples extensive travels around the globe. This intimate space is stocked with hand crafted artisanal pieces that pair perfectly with the Robindira Unsworth line and the unique design aesthetic of their brand. In early 2010, the company launched Bougie Aromatique, its new aromatic soy-blend candle line. The candles feature a sumptuous and signature blend of soothing essential oils and notes that are the perfect balance of the exotic and the familiar.
