SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship via UPS, fully insured. We require a physical address as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note that UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air refer only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 5 days of ordering, some orders take additional time. Please note that UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday. For product availability inquiries, please contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@robindira.com.

RETURN POLICY

When you place your order on our Website, the stones and materials are hand selected, and your jewelry is hand made by one of the skilled artisans in our design studio. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or you can choose to receive a Web credit towards a future purchase. Items must be returned to our studio within 10 days of the date your item was delivered via UPS to the shipping address specified on your order. Please note that we can only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the store policy of the retailer. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or requests for Web credit on any special orders or sale items. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Returns and requests for Web credit will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged or applied to the purchase of an item of equal or greater value.

Please see our Customer Service section for instructions for processing your return or exchange for Web Credit. When we receive the unworn item you are returning to us in perfect condition we will notify you via email that your return or request for Web credit has been processed. If you have requested a refund for your purchase, please allow up to 5 business days for refund to be reflected on your bank statement from the date you received an email from us notifying you that your return was processed. Note that we cannot refund shipping charges on items returned to the studio.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The Robindira Unsworth products displayed at the Site are available in select retail boutiques throughout the United States. The prices, if displayed at the Site, however, are exclusive to the Site, are quoted in U.S. Dollars, and are valid and effective only in the United States. The pricing of our products in retail boutiques is at the sole discretion of the boutiques and is not regulated by Robindira Unsworth. We provide accurate information on our products to the best of our knowledge. We are not held responsible if any product description is deemed inaccurate or if our supply sources provide inaccurate information to us.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Due to the nature of the gemstones and metals used in the manufacture of our jewelry, shape, size, and color may vary from piece to piece.

Occasionally there may be information on Robindira.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Robindira Unsworth, Inc. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Robindira Unsworth, Inc. also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Robindira Unsworth's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Robindira Unsworth, Inc. you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
