There is much to be thankful for on this Thanksgiving eve…

This was the year that I realized my dream of becoming a mother: the coming of India was even more profound and blissful than I ever could have imagined.

I feel so grateful for all of the truly beautiful friends, family and furry friends in my life that make each day one of love, laughter, passion, collaboration and inspiration. You gorgeous folks all know who you are. I am very thankful for another year of doing what I love the most: creating objects that are meaningful and that ring true to my vision of beauty. I am thankful for you dear reader: you are my muse and my reason to create.

Who isn’t moved by the story of the Taj Mahal…..

An architectural masterpiece built over a span of 22 years to honor one woman’s memory by her grieving husband. It is no wonder that The Taj is known as the symbol of eternal love….truly so beautiful. The photo above of the iconic structure against a backdrop of the most stunning pink and purple skyline inspired my upcoming spring collection.

Here is a sneak peak of what is to come in Spring 2011…..deep purple amethyst and brilliant fuschia quartz.
