It is a beautiful and sunny day in New York City, and Robbie and I are wrapping up our whirlwind trip…

Last week I ran around with our publicists showing our new jewelry and candle collections and talking about our new store, Atelier at Robindira Unsworth, to all the big fashion publications….it is always such a good feeling to share what is new, what we are proud of, and what we’ve been working so hard to bring to market.



Tribal looks are having a moment and many editors were pulling organic wood and leather pieces for summer….so chic and easy to wear…



This trip was especially fun because we were able to tack on a weekend at the tail end of our trip.

Usually we visit New York and it is a lot of non-stop running around and then we fly right back home. My girl friend in LA has a gorgeous cozy apartment in the East Village that she treated us to for to the week so we were able to have a little oasis to return to at the end of the day. We were perfectly situated for exploring and so we did…we roamed around our favorite spots in SOHO, the West Village and the Meatpacking District….stopping for leisurely lunches and of course doing a little shopping here and there.

We have one last day of meetings today, dinner at Freeman’s tonight and then home tomorrow to see our crazy dogs….
